Camping Internal

Travel Backpacks – Internal Frame or not?
A friend gave me a backpack trip in their history, but it does not have an internally – just a large canvas bag, even if it has the belt that goes around my waist, and a couple of side pockets. I intend to do some travel, we hope to India soon. I should not need to make a ton of stuff, because it's not like I would be camping and hiking … I'd just need to put this trip basis for clothing, toiletries, etc. Is this acceptable for this bag? Someone the other said he will kill my back if I travel with it for a month, and that I should get one with an internal frame … .. I wish, but they are expensive, so if I can put that money towards my trip instead of a backpack I do not need, it would be great. What do you think?? Thank you!
You must get a bag with an internal frame. Your friend is right .. it will kill your back. I know they seem expensive, but you wish you made the investment if you do not. See if you can get a second hand craigslist or eBay. Maybe save a few dollars this way … but I strongly recommend provide you with a framework.
