Maglite Mag

Maglite Mag
How do I replace the batteries in a Maglite?

My friend gave me a mag lite. The battery cap to bottom, is closed. I tried to open it with my hands, and with my key, but it is really closed. How do I open the cap? I did not exercise.

Spray the part where the battery cover NEET case of WD40 or another lubricant. That should be enough to loosen it, but you may have to leave act for a while. If you use a drill, you will have access to it, but will destroy the end making it useless as a flashlight, and it is too round to use as a paperweight.
