Pack Military
Hi, Im fifteen and going into the military in July ( when im 16) and wanted to get a six pack Please read on?
Im 15 but wil be 16 in july when i begin my training for the Sub mariners, I want to have a good six pack before i begin, i can probably do around 100 crunches/sit ups a day but not all in one, maybe in 10′s or 20′s. Am i still getting the effect when doing them in small amounts, I have very little body fat on my stomach just a small layer or fat i need to loose, I am working 3 nites at a local gym and have a personal fitness trainer, Just wanted to know how many situps i should do at once and if u have any experience trying to get a 6 pack and what worked for u, please no links to the internet as i want personal responses. ALSO does lying down and levitating your legs around 20 times tighten your abs as it feels as if it does ? many thanks
Oh, Before you ask, IM from britain, I have to be 16 to start training NOT 18 as in the US
By asking questions like this on the internet, it shows that you don’t place much trust in your personal fitness trainer. Anyway some people don’t have the right genetics to form a six pack, so I just go to the supermarket and buy one. I havn’t seen many at the local gym though.
