Sleeping with period… pads uncomfortable?
Ok so I ALWAYS use tampons during the day cuz i just find pads yucky and VERY VERY uncomfortable. in the night i know its like bad to sleep with tampons but i can barely ever sleep cuz every type of pad is just so uncomfortable. what should i do?!
well the thing is that i usually sleep from like 10-7 or around then so its sometimes more then 8 hrs which is like the max time ur supposed to keep them in for right?
