hi i lost a bet and know i have to race this girl in high heels and a tight dress and if i lose she gets to spend a day dressing me up in anything she wants and bring me any where she wants
i need to know how to run in stelletos 6inch sandel heels and a tight mini dress…the race is outside..if the heels breaks or the dress rips i automatically lose……im not allowed to do anything to dress or heels….and i have to wear the stuff just like she is if i try anything she wins

This seems like a disaster waiting to happen… But I think the best way to do it would be to run on the balls of your feet. Kinda silly, yeah, but you should keep your weight off your heels, because the actual heel part is less stable…
