One of the most important aspects of a good deck in consistency. There are three basic guidelines for getting consistency:
1) Make your total deck size the minimum of the allowed format. Yours is 60, so it will work for most formats.
2) 4 of every card non-Basic-Land you use, unless it has 5+ mana cost, in which case 3 copies is acceptable. None of your deck fits this.
3) 33-40% land. Less tends to result in not havign enough mana early on to play much of anything. More tends to result in having too few things to play. Yours is at 50%.
